Our Ideal Team Member

Candidate Selection Guidelines

To fulfill our purpose and reach our envisioned future, it is critical that we select only those candidates who align with our Core Values. To accomplish this, we seek to learn patterns of candidates’ past behaviors through interview questions centered on our values.

If a candidate clearly demonstrates alignment with our values through specific examples of past behavior, then we may assume they will continue those patterns with us and be a great fit for our team. Below are a few additional guidelines to consider during the selection process.
