Overview: The Leadership Development Program is dedicated to servant leaders that will prepare you with the skills needed to launch you into a career with Chick-fil-A Frankford Road. 

This program will teach you the following skills:

  • Business acumen 

  • How to lead daily restaurant operations

  • IT training

  • Guest Recovery 

  • Chick-fil-A Standards

  • Leading and developing team members

  • Creating a clean and food safe environment

  • Ensure the highest quality products and service are delivered to our guests

  • Opening and closing procedures


Candidate Selection:
Candidates will be evaluated on the following qualifications to determine program eligibility:

  • Character

    • Do you do the right thing, every time? Are you hungry to learn and grow?

  • Chemistry

    • Are you a team player who helps others succeed?

  • Competence

    • Have you demonstrated leadership skills in your current position?


Candidate Requirements: To be eligible to apply, Candidates must meet the following requirements.

  • 3 months of Team Member experience

  • 40 hours of availability

  • No write ups in the past 3 months

  • Fewer than 6 attendance points in the past 3 months


Candidate Selection: Applications will be reviewed and selections will be made and approved by the Executive Directors and the Operator.


Program Duration & Dates: 

  • 4 Module Program with a 1 Hour Meeting for each Module

  • 2022: Class 1

    • Begins November 14


After completion you will be given a certificate of completion and will be considered for an open position on our leadership team.

To be considered for the Program, please complete the EOI Form below. Candidates will be notified of their entrance into the program the week prior to the first meeting. Candidates not selected will be given feedback on areas for them to focus on improving.
